Jul 13,2023I had a good experience with Lightning Motorcycle Training. They had immediate availability, and helped me schedule the training sessions so that the timing worked for me. The motorcycles were well maintained. I had the opportunity to ride with different instructors in different locations, and I managed to pass my tests the first time.

Jun 20,2023Passed my mod1 and mod 2 at the Halesowen branch all in under 2 months Steve was great very relaxed building my convenience with every hour.passed my mod 1 with only 4 hours under my belt, and mod 2 with about 8 hours really enjoyable experience. my daughter did her CBT at the same time never riding before. many thanks to you both, Carl and Lily carney.

Jun 13,2023I had the best instructor for my CBT today, I was super nervous and worried but Dave really looked after me and I felt he wanted me to pass just as much as I did. He really made the day amazing, it was long and hard but I couldn’t have felt so supported. I wouldn’t have been able to pass without his help and I am so greatful thank you so much!!!

Jun 06,2023Great days training at Wembley with Dave for CBT renewal. Great sense of humour. Very informative, firm but very fair. Dave will do his upmost to ensure you have all the tools required to be safe on the road. Don't be fooled by his relaxed delivery if you are not picking up the information and executing the instruction correctly you will get a tug! This is not a tick box course you will need to show you are good enough for the certificate. DAS booked with these guys. Why go anywhere else? Thanks Dave learnt loads. Curry in the post…..

May 18,2023Great training, instructors and learning experience. It took me longer than usual to get the full license but I was an inexperienced motorcycle driver. I got all the support and help I needed. Would highly recommend. Shout out to instructors Dixie, Kevin and Keith for the great work, and William and Becky for the support!

May 07,2023Initial contact, obtaining course information/study material, help and support provided by James and Rebecca is second to none and communication excellent. The instructor Marcus delivered the training diligently and professionally to a high standard. I will definitely be back for Module 1 and 2 with him/if possible.

Apr 18,2023Recently completed my CBT on a manual motorcycle at the Reading center. My instructor was Kevin, he was very knowledgeable, patient, confidence inspiring and fun to do the course with. Enjoyed the day and learned the basics to get me on the road on my 125. Will definitely be back within the next 2 years to do my DAS!

Apr 17,2023I had a great experience renewing my CBT with Lightening Motorcycle Training! I highly hope clients will have the opportunity to work with Dave. I was with him the whole day and I must say he was absolutely perfect. He made the course enjoyable yet ensured everyone had the required knowledge to ride before providing our new CBTs. He was a pleasure to work with!!!

Apr 09,2023I can’t recommend Lightning Pass enough - especially my instructor Kevin, I recently did my CBT at the Reading site after an introduction lesson. I felt so supported by my instructor even when I was very stressed and nervous. He took extra care in explaining things, time to listen and gave great feedback. Kevin also had the best sense of humour that kept me calm. I hope I can go on and get my full license and I’d definitely request Kevin to be my instructor again.

Apr 05,2023I did my CBT renewal in Wembley. My instructor on the day was Dave, who was very charming, had a great sense of humour and kept the energy light and relaxed, yet remained professional. His training was very thorough, making sure he covered all the relevant information and passing on his wisdom and knowledge. He was patient while doing the drills in the car park, as well as when we went out on the road, ensuring we were able to complete the tasks safely and with confidence, even if that meant repeating them over and over again. If I was to go for my full bike license and I had the option to choose my instructor, I would definitely choose him. Overall, I had a great day, thankfully the weather was good and being the only girl in the group, Dave and the other guys made me feel very comfortable.

Mar 14,2023I recently completed the CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) course at the Lighting Motorcycle Training School in Wembley and I had a great experience. My trainer was Dave, and he was very professional and patient. He has good knowledge about different languages so it was good to keep everyone engaged while training and was fun at the same time. The best part was he will ensure everyone understand and do it correctly. I wasn't good enough and was doing mistakes, so he kept me repeating the things until I am doing it right and he was patiently waiting and giving enough time which you can expect from good instructor. There was a point where I taught I was not ready to go on road, but still he motivated me to do it right. He will put all his extra time and effort to make you perfect on the road with detailed information. Thank you Dave

Jul 26,2023Completed my CBT, Theory, MOD1, and finally the MOD2 passing first time today! Thanks to the Team at 'Reading' Abbey (Dave) for CBT and Mereoak (Keith/Kevin/Jerry) sites for all their expert training, constant reminders to me to switch off my indicator, which I now make sure I do! and for building my confidence on a motorbike from a beginner, learnt loads, thanks Guys!
