However, entirely due to my error, I broke a small part which was crucial to the unit functioning but which is easily replaced. I asked the technical support unit if they sold a spare or could suggest a component supplier. By return, they said that they had sent me a replacement part with their compliments. Fantastic service for what was a low price unit and for a problem which was in no way due to Lindy. Very happy customer who will return.
