Aug 27,2021I needed a cable to link my phone to my android auto. No idea what to look for, but the assistant was helpful in sending me links and answering all questions. The cables arrived the next day and look to be good quality. Not used yet, but I have confidence they will work fine. Would certainly buy from them again. Great customer service!

Aug 27,2021I found the HDMI CEC Less Adapter on an AV forum (hummy.tv I think). I had no idea what to search for, only "HDMI ARC problems with Humax PVR". My issue was that my Humax FVP-5000T PVR was stopping soundbars (a few of them tested) from working over HDMI ARC. Basically the CEC control on the Humax was not playing nicely and stopping soundbars from turning on, emitting sound, anything, full stop. I plugged this into my HDMI cable and then into the Humax and hey presto, no more soundbar issues. Add to that that it arrived the next day and I can say 5/5 for the gadget and customer service. Thank you.

Jul 31,2021Sound quality and noise cancellation capabilities are excellent. My only issues with this product are nitpicks at best, but for the price it’s fair to expect a very high quality product. I’ve found the voice responses from the headset when connecting to Bluetooth to be far too loud with no obvious way to decrease the volume; since I use the device to ease sensory stress this is a problem. The air pressure on the inside of the cups also occasionally causes earache with extended or repeated use.
