Little’s coffee Co customer service experience was great. I had bought four packages of espresso pods and when opening the packages I found a lot of them had opened. Obviously, some sort of product malfunction which can happen. I got in touch with the team and they kindly offered to send me some new pods. They were very kind and fast to respond and I felt it was a great post purchase service! Well done team and thank you for your amazing coffee and service.
After seeing on Dragons den I ordered a jar of instant Colombian. Game changer!!! Proper coffee, no faff. I have osteoarthritis and messing about with making proper coffee wasn’t possible but I love a great cup of coffee. This stuffs amazing and 4 family members have now jumped on the ‘bandwagon’. We’ll done Littles, I recommend you to everyone!!!
Loved the concept, ordered a selection, the flavoured ones have gone in the bin, I didn't like them finding the slightly chemical taste too strong, but ........... Don't let me put you off, it may be a generational thing, One of the non flavoured was good but not a game changer so finding the marketing a little (!) over hyped.
I’ve been looking for a flavoured decaf coffee and come across Little’s. I ordered a mixture of 6 flavours to try. When they arrived, they were in a beautifully presented box. The coffee itself is of a high standard too. I was very impressed. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
Super fast delivery, great offer and love the Colombian coffee
Lovely columbian coffee. Fast delivery and well packaged
Purchased the Hazelnut flavoured version after watching Dragons’ Den. Hoping for great tasting coffee but very disappointed. Very bitter tasting and the hazelnut nut flavouring tasted synthetic. I can’t drink it. So we tried the plain coffee, again disappointing. Little’s coffee is quite expensive for what it is/compared to other brands of coffee. I did contact Little’s about my experience but didn’t receive a response.
So far after opening my box I tried the Colombian coffee which I have to say is lovely and finished off the jar really quickly today I opened the decaf coffee which tastes just like normal coffee. This is going to be my go to coffee from now on, Thank you for the quick turnaround.
Loved the coffee, did not like cost of £6.50 100gms plus £3.50 postage. As I cannot get to Waitrose who are only store selling this coffee. I wanted to try it so went ahead with order of Columbian. After tasting price was no problem, compared to Costa, Starbucks, etc, I would rather have Littles coffee at home. Nearest to fresh coffee I have tasted, had 3 cups already, only received this morning. I am considering changing from Nescafé gold blend to Littles but will use the free shipping over £30. Well done Littles, excellent coffee.so glad I watched Dragons den.
I literally started crying when I realised this brand is a from a small business owner. I cannot live without this coffee. I can only find it in Waitrose, until today. It is indeed more than coffee. The coffee takes me out of a bad mood. Rich in flavour and very luxurious. I don't know how to express my relationship with this coffee:). Nothing else in the market taste like it. I go on holidays with atleast one bottle in my luggage. Love it!!!
I ordered the double chocolate through Amazon. It doesn't taste at all of chocolate. The coffee flavour is a bit strange too so I probably wont drink it at all. Amazon wouldn't let me return it - so I'm stuck with 6 jars that are not really that nice. I contacted Littles directly and their email responses seem very strange - almost like generated by AI - for example - "I truly understand your frustration, and I’m sorry we couldn’t resolve this to your satisfaction. It’s disappointing when things don’t go as expected, and I can see how that would lead to a lot of frustration." They didn't even attempt to resolve my issue, "things don’t go as expected" ???? was a weird thing to say. The coffee I received is either poor quality or has some manufacturing issue with it. Maybe if they had offered a return/replacement for me to try would have been a start. Apart from the coffee not being very nice, the main reason for my rating is the strange responses from their customer services.
If you love a proper cup of coffee . Stick with Nespresso . Saw on Dragons Den , Thought got to give a go , promised so much . Only think that’s different is the Little Jar !!!
Cute jars containing coffee with a difference. The Hazelnut flavoured coffee has a delicate background taste of the nut. If you like your coffee strong, then put in a heaped teaspoonful. The Pumpkin Spice flavoured coffee is alright, can taste a delicate amount of spices, but prefered the hazelnut. Quite pricey for the product.
Wanted to try because of Dragons Den and the reviews. Had to buy 6 of the 100g Bold Italian. Equates to £6 a jar. Hardly any aroma when opening the jar and not great taste. It is just an ‘Ok’ instant. Wish I hadn’t bought 6, will drink these then go back to Millicano or Costa which I can get for £4 per 100g, and are superior. Don’t believe the hype.
We bought a jar of the “bold Italian”and “smooth Colombian” based (like others) on Peter Jones’ comments on Dragons Den. Opening the jars and having that first sniff didn’t give us the expected aroma of coffee - if anything, it just smelled of dust. There was no real taste of coffee either, so very disappointed with our purchase and probably won’t buy again. I’ve seen there’s similar comments from other customers so can only assume there’s some kind of problem in the manufacture of the coffee that somehow entirely missed the “coffee” stage. Hopefully Littles will get the problem sorted out, but for us it was an unsatisfactory start. EDIT: Thank you for the reply to my review here. I appreciate that tastes differ, but based on the good and bad reviews here, it seems logical to assume that something is wrong with your manufacturing process and that somehow some jars of product are not getting the same treatment as most of the others. I’m no stranger to coffee, it’s clear that something is wrong with these jars.
First saw on Dragons den and ordered 2 lots of pod flavoured coffee. I was not disappointed.
We've only tasted two flavours so far - of toffee nut and rice hazelnut - both delicious! No bitter flavour like you get from instant coffee which I can't stomach. I've give 5* rating if the product was cheaper, but lovely for a treat or gift. Looking forward to the new flavours!!
Quick delivery. Excellent tasting coffee
Cafe Amaretto is awful. Smells like chemical perfume. Taste the same disgusting. Brought 6 jars of varied flavours and not impressed. Vanilla is OK but better options around. Peter Jones has a lot to answer for with his best coffee he'd ever tasted comment. 👎
Mr Palmer
Apr 11,2025Made an impulse buy after seeing it on Dragons Den and was swayed by Peter Jones saying it was the best coffee he had ever had. Loved the guy, loved the branding, loved the concept - not a huge fan of the flavour. Spent £40 on ground and instant coffee. It arrived. I brewed it. I sipped it. I wept. Taste is 75% flavouring and 25% not great coffee. Sorry! Makes a terrible V60, terrible aeropress - Moka pot was the best of a bad bunch. I gave it away to my neighbours, and they gave it back to me 😆 It’s confirmed I’m a coffee snob - but happy to see so many people do like it and I wish them all the best. Postage was rapid.
