Feb 07,2025Firstly the star rating of four was for the eventual completion of my purchase.I started this purchase last night( Weds) and finished tonight(Thurs).I have always purchased my cards using my debit card but last and today(Thurs) your web site had decided not to accept them.So I looked for another site to purchase but found nothing that was suitable.Today I tried again and decided to use GPAY and eventually I ordered thru GPay and eventually I got the email of success for the purchase.I don't recall ever using GPay previously and it took a long time for that email of success arrived in my inbox.So the 4 star rating is for the end result and not the 12 hours of stress and anxiety beforehand.Why don't you clearly explain that debit cards are not acceptable even with Visa and Bank Approval.I noticed immediately last night that the page before payment, the Visa check and Bank verification,was not displayed.Did I think strange, of course I did thinking that it was a fault in the system and that it would be corrected soon.This never happened because LiveCards had decided it was not a good idea to accept debit cards even with Visa and Bank verification.Four star is ok for the outcome but anything prior was not worth one star.End of my horrible 2 days and will sleep like a baby tonight. Date of experience 5 an 6 Feb 2025
