Mar 01,2025After paying for the order instead of getting my gift card “instantly” as it was advertised. I got a message that they need to verify my order and can take up to a day and in order to expedite I can ask their customer support. After wondering around their website, turned up their customer support is an extremely bad chat bot that its only response to any message is that please include your order number, even though I did that already, and there was no more response to my next messages. I immediately reported them as fraud and filed a reclamation from my credit card and had to go through painful process of changing my credit card everywhere. And only after 3 hours someone responded that, oh hey we are now ready to send you the code :))

Feb 27,2025Ostin xbox ultimate game passin. Kun olisin ottanut koodin käyttöön tuli ilmoitus koodi on jo käytetty. Selvitin Microsoftin kanssa kuka koodin on käyttänyt ja kerroin asiasta. Alkoi tämä loputon väittely. He väittävät, että koodia ei ole annettu kenellekkään muulle vaikka helposti todistettavissa on, että on annettu toiselle henkilölle. Nyt jo 40 viestiä laittaneet minulle eivät myönnä virhettään. Olin poliisiin yhteydessä. Suosittelivat tekemään rikosilmoituksen lievästä petoksesta. Kun on useampi ilmoitus on helpompi lähteä tekemään asialle jotain. Näköjään täälläkin aloittavat saman kun jos laittaa suoraan heille viestiä. Ja noi asiat on kyllä kerrottu ja käyty usean kymmenen kerran heidän kanssaan läpi.

Feb 27,2025EDIT: Kuten nähdään, botti vastauksia tänne tulee, kun jostain syystä se on Tanskaa? EDIT #2: Yli viikko mennyt, eikä ole vieläkään ole mennyt mihinkään tämä... Asiakkaasta ei välitä ollenkaan kun rahat ollaan saatu. Tilasin lahjakortin Steamiin. Koodi oli jo käytetty ja tässä on nyt saanut vaikka mitä screenshotteja ja Steam Tuen kanssa jutella mutta mitään ei tapahdu ja sanotaan että "ollaan yhteydessä" Viisi vuotta olen täältä ostanut vaikka mitä mutta nyt kun vaihtui nettisivu ja nimi, niin meni erittäin kelvottomaksi tämäkin paikka. Eipä tarvitse enää ostaa mitään...

Feb 27,2025I bought VPN code which was not working. Customer service told me I had agreed to order VPN code and was asking same questions all the time had I done everything like instructions advice. I did everything like in instructions and it did not work. No refund. Also getting the code took lot of time and chatting with customer service was waste of time so I decided to order my code from different seller and will do it on the future also.
