Feb 11,2025Hi, I am very disappointed with this company. I never had any complaints until today. I bought a game pass code and got it right away still no problem. But when i wanted te redeem the code i got a problem with my account that i needed to select a payment methode. and that did not work so i asked if i could get my money back. That was like 8 hours ago with a lot of emails later. In the 8 hours i got a lot of dumb emails of them that i maybe should try this and maybe try that. I even needed to screenshot my screen to let them see that i didn´t use the codes. I tryed everything but still after 8 hours of trying things and saying can i just please get my money back they still say the same dumb stuff. 8 hours off aggony later still the same problem and a lot of hours wasted!!! So im very disappointed they just dont want te give the money back for some reason. The company is all good until there is a problem no real solution no help .

Ehdotin että ottaisin rahat takaisin tai maksaisin ylimääräistä oikeasta koodista mutta minua vain kehotettiin lataamaan vpn jotta voin käyttää koodia, mikä on kiellettyä ja josta voi saada ikuisen käyttökiellon Microsoft-tiliin.

Alleen heb ik een kleine min puntje je kan maar 3 kaarten bestellen en ook als je besteld heb binnen 24 uur niet meer kan bestellen dat vind ik heel erg jammer. Ze zouden meer kaarten moeten kunnen bestellen en ook meer binnen 24 uur. Vandaar dat ik 4 sterren geef.
