Dec 21,2020Received a damaged item albeit small. They should have checked before shipping it. I Won’t bother now as from past experience there is a rude lady there. Ashamed to say she scares me so won’t bother calling back again just in case it’s her. I don’t want to be insulted.

Dec 09,2020Not Great... Rosetto ez pro - DG 200. Delivered to site in to two consignments, first delivery - One dispensor tube out of three arrived called to rectify - System to clarify if the other parts were available required a bin position check by the warehouse, this took several hours to clarify. The call handler described that the wall mounting rail was missing - a part I was left with trying to source. The timing of the second delivery by this time gave a further problem the contractor fitting the parts would be no longer on site,I requested re-direction to My company Head office to allow rescheduling of the labour to fit but this wasn't available. Lockharts second delivery could only be dispatched to the original address, further complications were possible. Our contractor returned to site to Find the missing back rail had turned up, our client no longer wanted the dispenser they had made alternative arrangements.

For a national coverage ok, but they are acting as they are the only one in the market. And in truth they are right in some sense as Bunzl it’s their company too

Nov 03,2020Small pudding basins are great but each one was individually wrapped in plastic which I feel is wasteful and not environmentally friendly. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

Nov 03,2020I purchased the Twenty eight range of cutlery and am so pleased I did. We were on holiday this year when we first used the above named cutlery where we stayed. It is so smooth and rounded to use, so well balanced in the hand. It feels and looks expensive, even though the price is very attractive. I knew I would like to use it all the time, but when my husband commented on how much he liked it too, we decided we would treat ourselves when we got home. A gift to ourselves while we had to stay in so much due to Covid. It is a pleasure to use it and we have no regrets about the purchase. The staff at Lockhart Catering were very helpful.
