Oct 29,2022Lockhart sent the wrong order but offered a full refund without having to return the product. I was advised to contact their company's Scottish office to see if they were able to offer the right product. Will wait and see if this is possible before commenting further.

Dec 10,2022I have been using Lockhart for quite a while. My delivery is still not here. All that I was offered was a tracking number. I think that if you use a company for delivery, you should be held accountable. Thus is the downside.
