Apr 16,2022I placed a reasonable sized order and it was being shipped in several parts due to availability. I didn’t know what was coming when but trusted they would all turn up at some point. On chasing you when the back order items could be expected 4 months on, it turned out some of these were in stock and my order appeared to be forgotten about. These items were then sent out and I was still waiting for some items and when queried they said these were delivered three months prior but I was unaware and did not receive the items and due to back orders and delays I hadn’t doubted that they would arrive just that these were also delayed. Due to it being three months after supposed delivery there is nothing they can do about it, so I am around £500 down with no product - very disappointing given the items received are fantastic quality and look great.
