The hiballs came and 10 out of the 40 were broken on arrival and yesterday we had the wine glasses and tumblers!! This time only two of the wine glasses were broken, I wouldnt order glasses again

Jun 29,2022Paid over 2 months ago and only received the 1. No email or letter was sent on back order. Rang a few weeks ago and was told it was on back order and I will be emailed on that day, no email. I then emailed the email address on the website and came back and came back as undeliverable'. I then did online chat an was told again I will be emailed and same no response back. I will now request a refund. How many companies have payed on credit card and only received the 1 item and forgotten about the rest of items.
