The only gripe i have is that the last three times of ordering they haven't enclosed a discount code so have had to contact them directly. I agree with another reviewer who suggested rewarding those that shop regularly with them with a loyalty code/bonus code which could be built up leading to better discounts, would be fairer for those that order regularly and would probably ensure people stay with them
