Apr 15,2021The creative team at LogoPerfecto are amazing and incredibly professional. I’ve had two company logos created by the team and both, even though I purchase the unlimited package, were selected from the original designs presented. I find that thoroughly amazing that the team was so dialed in both times to deliver the logo we decided on in the very first go round. My sales consultant James was helpful and Johnny on the spot always there to help us expedite when we needed the logos expedited. Mar 27,2021Ordered a logo which was promised to be delivered to me within 48 hours. The designs were finished rather quickly , but then i ended up waiting a full week for the design to be 'finalized'. I ended up never receiving the final product. I sent emails and contacted staff only be ignored and not receive any assistance. Smells like a scam to me. I will surely be submitting a report with the Better Business Bureau and requesting that they launch an investigation into this so-called "Company"

Mar 24,2021One of the WORST experiences! Beware of misleading promises, lousy communication, constant delays and poor performance! I purchased one of their most expensive packages back in June of 2020 to help me create a logo and build a website for my newly established business. I was told it will take about a month to have it done and 10 months later I still don’t have neither my website, nor my business cards!!! It’s totally unacceptable taking into account that I paid them 2K for the service they failed to deliver! They also kind of pressured me to write a nice review about my experience with them when they created my logo. I did write a nice review, but the mistake was that I wrote it before I received my business cards. Once they got money and the good review from me, I immediately became an unimportant customer to them. Lately they started ignoring my texts too! At this point I just want my money back. This was a nightmare for me!

Mar 23,2021Do not do business with this company, they will take your money and disappear. I have paid in full for a profession website. They broke off communication with me, after I asked for revisions to the poorly designed website. I paid extra for professionally written content, what a joke! NO help, nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Now I'm forced to file in conciliation court because they wont refund my money.

The logo design team was awesome. They were very patient and were open to my ideas. Their response rime was right on point. Ultimately, I got the logo designed that I wanted. I’m looking forward to doing more business in the near future.

Mar 02,2021Initially I thought the company was scamming me due to poor communication. I was promised proofs within 24-48 hours, then after 48 hours I contacted them and they told me I could expect them 'by tonight'. (it was 9:30pm est so I kinda doubted that and took it to me maybe in the next 24 hours because at this point I am thinking they are not in an United States time zone). After 24 hours goes by, I contact them again, "Where are the proofs I was supposed to have?" As soon as I ask the chat rep responds "They are ready!" (I mean, if they were ready why did I have to log into the chat to ask for them?) He said they would email them now. I said great, I'll wait! After a few minutes of refreshing my email I started to wonder if he literally meant right now or what? So I asked him to confirm which email he was sending them proofs to (also to make sure they had my right email on file, since I have multiple). He responded that the mail would be coming FROM cs.logoperfecto at gmail -- Okay? "When?" I asked when.... a few moments went by with no response... At this point I am getting pretty frustrated cause it just shouldn't be this difficult when purchasing the $399.99 "Deluxe package". So, in the chat window I said "scammy af". Because I am thinking still in my head this is like a scam or something -- it didn't seem right. At which point. The customer service rep straight up HANGS UP THE CHAT ON ME! I mean straight ghosted the chat. To me, in my head, I am SURELY getting scammed now!!! So yeah, I flipped my lid. I threatened to get a lawyer, issue a charge bag, contact their domain registrar, write a terrible review. After 15 minutes or so of me ranting at an empty chat window, another CS rep enters the chat and tells me to check my email. Almost as if in a smug way like.... hey buddy, check your email dipshit. (As if proving they were not scammers after all I suppose). When I checked my mail, to my shock and surprise there was some art! Most of it pretty bad art to be honest but there were at least a couple of decent "ideas" in there. I immediately confirmed my receipt in the chat and asked the person "why the last customer service rep left the chat and hung up on me and that I thought I was being scammed after he did that". The guy ignored me, simply told me to review my proofs and email them back on Monday because they would be out of office on Sunday. Okay, I said. 3 hours later I got an email from the company saying my order had been refunded. Which they did complete. The only thing is, I feel like they did that out of spite... like, to be jerks to me I guess because they didn't like the way that I acted... I don't know.. too bad so sad, that isn't how you run a company, it's not how you do customer service (none of it), and it's not what you expect to get when you pay premium dollars for the premium package. I didn't end up using any of their logo designs in the end, but at least some of the ideas they presented got my head thinking and I ended up making my own that I am pretty pleased with. I give them 3 stars. They are a real company, and they can produce good art, but the service leaves a lot to be desired and communication is very poor. Owner/manager's are, from what I can tell, spiteful.

Feb 13,2021This company has been a huge disappointment. I have paid full price for a Logo and it has taken several weeks to get a basic design. My instructions and request were clear and ignored. Now I have been switched from James Murphy to Adam with not help. I am still waiting

Feb 08,2021My Experience was great. I didn't have to wait long for a list of options to choose from, for my logo. I would personally choose the package where you get multiple revisions. I worked with Jack, and he helped out a lot to make me feel comfortable with my finale decision. Thanks team.

May 01,2021This company was great to work with but upon going live I've run into issues with my website not working and loading properly. They continue to tell me everything is good on their end while I have other people telling me images do not load for them. The assistance I've received has been less than helpful.
