Jan 24,2021Although James was an excellent & friendly manager - it seems every request I made was misunderstood or blatantly missed each revision. I understand human error happens and its easy to miss things but every single time I made a request after taking every measure to ensure I was to be understood including pictures and thorough instructions, one or 3 requests would be missed or ignored. I was very kind and took the blame for the mistakes and assumed I need to be more clear. By the end of the experience there was no excuse for such unprofessionalism and lack of quality check as I practically begged for the team to communicate to me if they didn't understand something before revision. In the end I couldn't even communicate a font change properly weather it was my fault or not all I received was a "Sorry" as I finalized the logo. Time and time again I had to revise mistakes that were already addressed in s previous email The product is nice and I saw many great reviews that convinced me to choose this company but the experience I had was a little frustrating .

Jan 23,2021I appreciate the communication I can have with the designer assign to my project, although my logo is not done yet, so far, all my sample has been pretty good and thoughtful. I would highly recommend logo perfecto.
