Jan 08,2025We needed a replacement fence panel after a storm.Ordering on the website was simple. The company kept us informed with messages about the delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed when the driver was on the way. The driver was courteous and helped me install the panel as part of the delivery which I appreciated. A great service which I highly recommend.

All the items I bought (fence panels, gravel boards and trellis) were solid and robust for the garden and also very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again for any fencing issues or and also recommend them to friends and family.

Jun 01,2024Great company, had no issues at all. I was given a time for the delivery date that I chose and they kept in touch to let me know the exact time of delivery on the day. They even called me when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted it delivered earlier. The driver contacted me when he was almost at my address, and he was very polite and friendly.

May 09,2024Contacted a few different local fencing companies to try and source a couple of concrete gravel boards. LFS had the WhatsApp contact support option, and, unlike many companies, they are clearly proactively monitoring it as they replied quickly, were just generally super helpful and friendly and even let me know how I could get the boards delivered as cheap as possible. A great example of how to win a customer basically. Boards were fine, delivery actually came a day early, prices fine. Very happy and they will get repeat business as and when required.

I used the company for a second time this week and needed an urgent delivery on a wet a bank holiday Friday in London so no mean feat! I needed it by certain time in the early afternoon and they delivered ! Time was really of the essence on this particular occasion and I was not let down. I am very grateful to this company as they did what they promised 👏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend them for both the quality of their product and their customer service which is second to none. I apologise that I can’t remember his name. Not only was this man super helpful he clearly loves his job and has a huge wealth of experience which is paramount when ordering items in line - he went above and beyond. For that reason I will use this firm for my project and highly recommend them. The products were great quality & just as they look online and have made a huge difference to my garden.
