Buying luggage is not as easy as it looks and I found London Luggage to be responsive to questions and really thoughtful in terms of customer care, The stock they hold includes well known brands as well as high end and the website is really easy to use. I dealt with a person called Emma who went above and beyond to deal with my query and overall I am very happy indeed and can't wait to use my Samsonite luggage!
