Jan 19,2025Friendly service all round, from the booking office to the movers on the day. I did have to pay for an extra hour, which was £90 but this was stipulated at point of booking. I highly recommend this company.

Dec 16,2024Maciej & Ali did a superb job! The quote/booking was easy with loads of timeslot to choose even with only a few days in advance. The company will call after the quote to follow up and answer any questions. The driver and porter arrived sharp on time, came in to inspect the things to move before starting the loading, explained the process very thoroughly. The loading was super efficient and done professionally to the truck. Photos taken before driving to the destination. The ride was smooth though with lots of traffic but its no fault of the driver and the company. The driver drove the truck with one of the best manner I have seen - giving ways when he can without delaying the ride. Once arrived at the destination, both the driver and porter came up to the apartment for inspection and started off loading the things from the truck. I asked for a quote for 2.5 hrs and they finished that spot on time. We cannot thank them enough for their hard and professional work. If I ever need removal service again, I sincerely hope I can use the service from Maciej and Ali again.

Oct 22,2024Awful, unprofessional thugs. Avoid. They did not send me a payment link after the delivery, an oversight on their end, and the driver harassed me from different numbers registered to different companies, and was menacing and threatening - even left a note on my door and claimed it was my fault. It seemed like a scam. I kept asking for an email from the company but did not receive it I never received an email with the payment link (until I asked), and they never contacted me from the official numbers I had interacted with, but from spam numbers. The driver never asked about payment, and I never said it was done. I have threatened to call the police on them for their harassment. They’re thugs and criminals Their response is full of lies and should be dismissed accordingly

Oct 14,2024We moved this weekend so we can renovate and Wojtek and his parter were fantastic! A dream move. Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using LMV when we move back and I’ll even see if Wojtek could help us again. We had to make a few changes the day before and it was a breeze dealing with LMV over what’s app. Highly recommend.

Wojtek and his colleague not only moved all my furniture down a tricky flight of stairs without any damage to them but also offered to fix my desk that hadn’t originally been assembled properly and came slightly loose when being carried. Now the desk is properly assembled and won’t get damaged if being moved again. Highly recommend LMV!

Oct 06,2024Despite our move being quite last minute LMV were really helpful and accommodating. Wojtek and Ali were both really fantastic, on the day they were calm, collected and quick. They managed to fit complete our move really quickly with minimal fuss and even managed to help us get our sofa out that we thought we were going to have to leave behind. They were kind and friendly during a time of high stress and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

May 21,2024RIP off! They work at a snails space , disappear for breaks , take twice as long to reach the destination for unloading. If you complain they lie and say there were issues with parking! In my case there was no need to park on yellow lines at drop off or removal as I had saved them parking spaces!! But they used this excuse to justify the double length of time charged . Spend your money on a professional removal firm or be prepared to do most of the actual moving yourself in order not to be charged double.

May 14,2024Absolute legends. Super quick on packing everything, none of my stuff got damaged in transit, super quick to unpack as well. Drive over was smooth and they were a good time to chat to on the way! Can't recommend them enough. Next time I need to move I'll definitely be using them.

Feb 28,2024I’ve used LMV before and picked them out again when the dreaded need to move arose again as that was a good experience. Booking and arranging the new move through the website and using the forms was without issue. Paying a deposit and then the remaining balance later during the move just felt less ‘risky’. My movers this time were Wojtek and Mat - they were great - good communication on their arrival time, they were eager to get the job done promptly, were sociable and respectful with me and the property. They got the job done and without issue. Really recommend LMV and especially Wojtek and Mat who were good guys, dzięki guys!

Feb 26,2024Wojtek and Mat were excellent, arriving very punctually and getting straight to work. They worked with an awkwardly shaped flat in a converted building and handled everything with care. Both very polite and friendly, excellent service would one hundred percent recommend LMV 😊

Feb 06,2025This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used LMV and once again the service was 5* Sebastian and his team turned up right on time and quickly got to work. They always go the extra mile and are careful and considerate when moving treasured items. Finding solutions to getting tricky pieces of furniture in and out of tight spaces. A brilliant service when you need it at a stressful time. Can’t praise them enough!
