Adrian and Eric did a great job. Very happy with their work ethic.
Adrian, Eric and Chris were amazing. Professional and courteous throughout and so quick whilst also taking great care. I would highly recommend
I booked this service a few weeks in advance to help me move home. My experience was unacceptable and compromised my safety. I feel I did not get what I paid for and it is clear drivers for this company are not properly monitored to ensure quality of service. On the day, the man called several times to tell me he was stuck in traffic and late. He also sent me photos of the motorway and was messaging me on WhatsApp which I thought was strange as he was meant to be driving. I was fine with the delay as I understand traffic can be hard to predict. When he finally arrived over an hour late the man jumped out the van and did not really speak to me, just started grabbing as much as he could carry and loading it into the lift and then the van. This was rude and he seemed to be in a rush, though I did not mind as we were already delayed and I appreciated the effort to load the van as quickly as possible. I noticed whilst loading the van was half full of things already but this was fine as there was plenty of space. My friend and I tried to communicate with the man however he had very broken English so communication was difficult. The man was also on the phone almost the whole time he was loading the van which again made it impossible for us to speak to him. I had opted when booking to ride in the van for the hour long drive to our destination. Once loaded, I got in the van and was appalled with the state of it, there were McDonalds cups and food rubbish everywhere and things on the seat which I had to clear with no help from the driver at all. Once driving, the man told me that he had 8 people waiting for him to drop the stuff in the back of the van that was not mine, and so we would need to go there first. This is NOT the service I had paid for. I explained that I had paid for a service to drive me for 2 hours and paid all mileage and making stops had not been part of the deal. This then started an argument as the man was stressing that people were hassling him to drop the things asap and he needed to do it first, he kept saying 8 people were waiting. He told me that he wished he had just cancelled my job and not turned up because I did not want to go! I stayed calm and explained that I was not responsible for his work load and I had simply paid for the service through London Man Van. I asked where the drop was as he kept saying it was near mine. When I googled the address it was a 16 minute drive further than my destination, so allowing the man to go there first would mean adding another hour or so to my journey. At one point the man offered to pay me £10 to let him go to the other drop off point first. I insisted that I was not happy about it and said I would like to go straight to my drop off, as a young girl I felt quite vulnerable at this point as the man was visibly stressed and angry and the thought of being taken somewhere I do not know with 8 people waiting felt intimidating. This conversation went on for about 10 minutes and I spent the remaining hour feeling incredibly uncomfortable. The most shocking part of my experience was during the drive to my destination. The whole way the man was persistently calling and texting whilst driving to the point I felt scared for my safety, this is ILLEGAL. The driver smoked two cigarettes whilst driving me which is unacceptable when I have paid for a service. At one point the driver was smoking, texting and driving simultaneously. After the argument we had I felt too uncomfortable to say anything as I was scared of how he would react, my boyfriend was waiting at the destination and I felt the need to send him my WhatsApp location so he could track me in case something happened. When we arrived, the man emptied the van as quickly as possible, and did not help with bringing things inside. He was very rushed and drove away as quickly as possible. I had paid the minimum £60 charge for the man for 2 hours yet he rushed at the end when I still had nearly 30 minutes of time left.
Adrian and Anjelo very good service
Adrian and Chris are incredible! Thanks so much!
Adrian, Angelo and Krzysztof were just amazing. They were just blazingly fast from the first item they loaded in their van to the last unloaded item upon arriving at my new property.
I moved with them on 26 July 2019 and have tried in vain to contact them. They damaged my speaker when we moved to N20 9HA. numerous emails, letters before action and phone messages ignored,.my repairs for their shoddy work will cost thousand odd pounds and they will not reply,. I wrote a review and he states he cannot find me on the system. Their staff will force you to get a review. resist. Never recommend them and speed at which their staff work is embarrassing.
Great team of 3 guys, helped us move of our house really quickly and efficiently and even waited for us to finish taking our last few bits apart. Would totally recommend, Adrian, Angelo and Kriz were great and made our move a lot less of a nightmare.
Adrian and Angelo were very helpful and fast.

Adrian and Marcu amazing job. Thank you!!
Honestly would give 6 stars but there are only 5 available. Best experience I had with moving companies hands down. And I have used 4 different ones in the last few years. Adrian and Eric were working so hard and were very professional yet human. I will book them again and will recommend to all my friends.
Booked London Man Van two weeks in advance to complete a one-bedroom flat move in Central London (moving distance less than half a mile). Oddly, the company requires that payment be made in full and in advance prior to the move. I paid as requested. The movers were booked for 1:00PM. The morning of the move I had not heard anything so called both numbers on the website, one of which was not working and the other which was repeatedly declined. I instead texted it (unprofessional for a company to only text) asking for the status of my move, and was told that my move was expected to be on time and I would receive a call from the driver closer to the time. At 12:30PM I texted again as I heard nothing. At 12:45PM, 15 minutes before scheduled arrival, the driver, in very broken English, called to tell me he would be an hour late. At this point London Man Van had already cost me a substantial sum of time and money as I had taken a day off work for my move, but of course a large part was wasted waiting for these clowns. When they finally arrived at the property a full 90 minutes later (2:30PM!) they they wasted more time circling around trying to find a place to park. Once they arrived, instead of apologizing for their lateness or wasting my time, they demanded I pay a £65 “deposit” for any potential ticket they may get as they parked on the curb in front of my property. I told them that ok, sure, if they had arrived promptly at 1pm as scheduled I would be more than happy to pay this, but given that they were a full 90 minutes late I felt enough time and money had been wasted and that they ought to cover this charge for me. The driver, who lacked the language skills to discuss this, had to call the invisible boss who then called me and basically extorted me, saying if there was no payment there would be no move. This is the definition of preying on someone in a desperate situation. What could I do? I needed my things moved. I had to pay their ridiculous extra fee. After we arrived to the new property, the lead driver then again demanded that I pay another £65 for “parking deposit.” This, despite the curb at the new flat only having a single yellow line and many other temporary loaders. Again the extortion technique was used. “No money no boxes” with a shrug. Lo and behold, no parking tickets were received at EITHER parking spot! This further shows their scheme is nothing more than an extortion racket. Somehow what was a £130 simple half mile move became a £300 plus ordeal due to the total incompetence of this company and their deceptive and dishonest business practices. I doubt I will ever receive any of this money back especially having written this truthful review, but other movers ought to be forewarned about these scammers. Save yourself time, money and frustration on your already stressful moving day and go with a different company that values it’s customers and doesn’t cheat them. Learn from me! UPDATE: In response to my review, London Man Van called me four times, and texted me twice requesting that I delete my negative review or otherwise revise it to make it more positive. If this is not a tacit admission of their guilt and fear of the truth than I don’t know what is. I stand by the truth!
Adrian and Angelo were working nonstop and very efficienT and friendly. Thank you so much!

Feb 05,2020We’re on time and great at quickly and safely loading the van and unloading. Christ and Carol were great and very polite. Better than most removal companies that I have used in the past. Will defiantly use again when I next move.
