Mar 11,2022I ordered 2 pairs of shoes express delivery. They came quicker than expected. The company emailed back straight away when I asked a question about delivery. Then I needed help with a return and I received an extremely quick response. The shoes are amazing... one pair just too small but I will definitely use this shop again.

Mar 08,2022Fantastic customer service. Responded quickly to all of my emails when my delivery was delayed due to customs issues. Offered me a full refund each time it was delayed. Sadly when I received my item it didn't fit, the returns process was very easy and quick, again, with great customer service and communication.

Feb 27,2022I was shopping for online deals to buy a Kurt Geiger quilted shoulder bag/hobo. I wanted the Carmel color but it was too expensive in the United States. When I saw it on the London Store website I was surprised at the huge discount. I have never bought from their website but decided to give them a try. Well, I recieved my bag within a week of ordering via DHL. It was a new, beautifully wrapped. Thank you London Store!

L'ordine mi arriva dopo un giorno e mezzo, tempistiche ridotte mai viste prima. Le scarpe erano perfette e bellissime ma mi andavano piccole. Contatto l'assistenza e con estrema gentilezza mi hanno sostituito le scarpe con numero più grande (spedito in un giorno e mezzo). Acquisterò nuovamente.
