Feb 04,2022Los buenos comercios online se diferencian de los demás en el nivel de servicio cuando surgen incidencias. Y ese nivel de servicio es el que tienen London Store, frente a un error por mi parte en el pedido pudieron darme la solución deseada con diligencia. Gracias.

Ho trovato gli stivali Magnum, che stavo cercando da settimane, sul loro sito; chiamato per sapere come fare per la spedizione su Londra! Sono strati super gentili ed efficienti! Comprati giovedì, spediti venerdì... arrivati lunedì!!!!! Nemmeno ad amazon sarebbero riusciti a fare tanto!!!!

Jan 22,2022Londonstore.it is not worth your money nor your time! You should not waste either here! They sell you stuff that they don’t have, then they charge you, and doesn’t pay you back the full amount. They tries to buy you with coupons into taking down the bad review you wrote, coupons that doesn’t work. And when you finally get what they promised you, their customer service, their website AND their variety is absolutely s**t! Not worth it!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe ma quando sono arrivate mi sono reso conto che la misura non andava bene.ho effettuato il reso e ,in tempi brevissimi,mi hanno riaccreditato i soldi senza pagare nulla per le spese di spedizione del reso.Perfetti

Le scarpe sono state restituite con rimborso senza alcun problema e celermente. Ho ricevuto le nuove scarpe e sono molto soddisfatta.

Jan 13,2022ADJUSTED REVIEW; After some bad experiences Londonstore.it ended up keeping their word, and gave me a coupon code if I agreed to take down the bad review I wrote. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything that I found worth buying, and their website is quite annoying and could REALLY use some configuration and a touch-up! Their customer service is so and so. Polite but a bit know-it-all/insisting.. maybe it’s due to lack in communication/language-skills and understanding the customer. All-in-all - An okay service, a limited amount of products, but affordable pricing.

Il signore che risponde al telefono, non so se sia anche il proprietario, Mi ha seguita in tutto e per tutto, dalla partenza della spedizione al reso, sempre con la massima gentilezza. Ho ricevuto un bonifico immediato non appena gli sono arrivate le scarpe del reso. Il tutto è stato molto celere, sicuramente acquisterò nuovamente da loro! Complimenti. Katya

Feb 10,2022Fab boots! Love them! So glad I took the risk and ordered them as I had read some negative reviews, pay no heed to them. There was a delay at customs but that was not the fault of "London Store". Great communication from Nicola, well done Nicola. Boots arrived well packaged, very impressed. Highly recommend.
