Feb 24,2025I had a furneal booked of my mum to go to go to and needed a yellow fever injection.The customer service by both the receptionist and the nurse was excellent as I needed to have it as travelling very soon.The receptionist done her best to find a booking as soon as possible

Feb 20,2024I moved to the Hitchin travel clinic after my usual one closed. I have been with them for a couple of years now and visited them a few times. I have found them to provide an excellent , professional service with very helpful and friendly staff. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Their information, and administration of the vaccinations was spot on in a very comfortable environment. It's the first time I've gone privately and I am converted, and shall be using their service in the future. Overall..... Highly recommended.

Mar 18,2025A great service, the staff have been professional and polite. The information given was knowledgeable and useful as to what vaccinations my son could ask for from his GP so we could just pay for those that were not provided with the NHS. Written information about which vaccines were necessary for the country would have been really useful because it is difficult to remember. So I would get a printable tick list ready for every country so patients can track their appointments. After the course of treatment the clinic gave us a file with every vaccination my child has had since birth with them, with the school and at the GP surgery. This was amazing. Thank you.
