Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Jan 16,2025I purchased something on line for click and collect. When I went to the Shepperton store I decided it wasn't what I wanted. Staff were great. No forms required, they returned it and I was reimbursed the next day. Very good!

Jan 16,2025Ordered a tree online , picked it up the young lad loaded it in my car along with the paperwork, got it home only then realised they had given me the wrong tree it was fibre optic. Took the tree back was told because I ordered it on line they had to pass it on to someone else and then I would get a refund I still haven’t got a refund yet 5 days now , rang the shop was told it’s going through got no explanation how long it takes for money to get put back into account, very poor customer service.

Jan 14,2025The Christmas table flower arrangement was just like the picture, was well put together but sadly the roses wilted and died within a couple of days which then spoilt the look of the table decoration , could have done with a bit more colour
