May 18,2023Mallen fint men så fort man vill göra något måste man uppgradera och allt blir dyrare. Dålig support på så sätt att chatten kan inte hjälpa med något, samt att vi hjälp via mail får man för varje svar en annan anställd där man förklarar allt en gång till då de inte läser den tidigare konversationen

May 17,2023The whole problem of this "provider" starts at its core. Their platform is the worst I have seen in my whole career. Changing SSL settings? Wait 4 hours. Changing the PHP version? Wait 4 hours. Do you want to use an online file manager to remove one directory? They do not have any, so use FTP. But wait - removing directories via FTP fails. Do you want to see error logs? Try your luck with changing .htaccess! Plot twist - it won't work anyway, even support won't help you get your error logs! Around a month ago our site suddenly started to throw HTTP 400 or 500 error codes for AJAX, WP-JSON API or regular requests. We reached out to support and for over 2 weeks they were unable to find or fix the issue. The site was unusable, unstable and randomly crashing. They kept asking us to change some settings in their "Boost" or their custom "cache" areas but in reality it all felt like a wally-reflector. And this is not even all... the true cherry on top is their support. I have no clue who works there but they are doing everything to NOT get your stuff sorted. Support chat is a disaster. Very often I had to wait 30-40 minutes as the first one in the queue with 12-15 support agents active, and when it finally came to my turn, the chat was shortly closed as I was "not active" - even tho I replied to the agent welcoming message. I really can not say any good thing about Loopia. It is extremely frustrating to get anything done there. When we finally decided to move away from this totally not reliable platform, it was a pain at every step. FTP connections drop during transfer, no option to download anything via the online files manager (because they do not have any), etc. Endless failures. Avoid them at any cost. This review is based on my own experiences and everything mentioned in it can be proven with pieces of evidence (screenshots, email chains, etc).

Apr 27,2023Var ska jag börja? Segare server har jag aldrig varit med om och detta har pågått i flera år. Det är ren slöhet från vår sida att vi inte flyttat de sista webbsidorna från Loopia för länge sedan. Ibland är det till och med helt omöjligt att uppdatera wordpress och går det tar det 5-10 ggr så långt tid som hos våra andra webhosts. Supporten varierar, det beror på vem du träffar på. Det finns vissa som inte lyfter ett finger och inte gör många knop på jobbet men i ärlighetens namn finns det även en del som åtminstone försöker. Helhetsbetyget får bli: Uruselt!

Apr 25,2023This company is scamming people, first the price listed on their website is 119 Kr, but they charged us for 1 domain 1300 Kr in 1 month. Then they removed one of our domain without notifying us and they said you didn't paid for it. Even though we have paid in full. They are deducting the payment from our company account every month. Invoices clearly shows that they charged for all domains. And then they are deactivating our domains. Their customer support is totally crap, no one answers properly there and no one take things seriously. I suggest everyone to buy their domains from somewhere else. Loopia is a total scam. If they didn't respond us in a proper manner and fix things for us, otherwise i will go further from here and leave as many bad reviews as i could. and moreover i will file a case against them.

Apr 18,2023Skulle koppla en epost till Shopify email automation. Behövde inte lyfta ett finger kopierade instruktionerna från Shopify och skickade till Loopia support, så var det löst på 10 minuter.

Apr 04,2023I signed up for Loopia.se's Business package, which was advertised as 39 SEK per month for the first year and 199 SEK per month thereafter, excluding VAT. However, I was charged 273.75 SEK per month, which is significantly more than what was advertised. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the pricing information was available on another page. I feel this is misleading and a good example of scamming.

Apr 03,2023Jag har försökt att få hjälp av supporten att flytta från ett annat webbhotell till Loopia sedan förra veckan och har bara fått manualer via mejl som svar samt telefonsamtal där personer hänvisar till att det är bättre att arbeta med dem via mejl. När mejlen inte gav tillräcklig information var jag nära att ge upp och jag skrev ett långt utlägg om min besvikelse till supporten. Då fick jag äntligen hjälp. Loopias support skulle vinna både tid och kundnöjdhet om de hjälpte kunden ordentligt på en gång.

Apr 01,2023After just shy of 19 years with a company bought by Loopia and now part of their group, I discovered a >400% price hike to $550 a year on my latest bill. There was no prior warning of this. The response was to considering switching to one of the other brands in the Loopia group if I didn't like the prices. Unsurprisingly I am switching; to a competitor.
