The worst landlord Never deal with theme again. It's the worst lanlord in UK. Never return deposit. They are robbing tenants, they houses damping, damaged and nothing safety.

The worst Landlord ever had dealt with landlord fails to respond or take appropriate action. Always used cheap builders Even if he wants to fix something, he won't fix it completely, repairs are temporary. There house dampness causing the mould growth; most. Never return deposits.

Manny Klarico is the best lettings agency is the birmingham. As a tenant im very satisfied with this company because when ever there is any issue in the house, they tried their best to sort out that issue asap. There must be some haters who have left negative reviews. Highly recommended.

Ali was instructed by my landlord to manage the repairs in the house. I have been trying to contact him regarding my boiler which has been off for over ONE WEEK. I have had NO heating NO hot water. I have been forced to complain to the local council and MP as a last resort before I take the landlord to court again. I am living in appalling conditions and have 3 small children. At first instance when the boiler needed repair I contacted Ali where ALI ignored my boiler request and went on to say the landlord had said to empty the ATTIC. What is more important the attic or having a hot water and heating SUPPLY?! I can also upload the multiple times I’ve contacted him and been shrugged off or not replied to. I will be taking this further.

Renting with manny Klarico has been so easy and effortless. The agents are very professional and so helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond any other agency would, I would definitely recommend them. Sarah & Ali have been amazing throughout my tenancy and always attended to any concerns I had and made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely rent from them again in the near future.

Poor service..No reply to email,furthermore abrupt manner from staff when called to arrange a viewing. Considering I am a cash buyer and was prepared to better existing offers,you would think I would be a possible priority especially as I was told the house had not been sold. Got to feel sorry for the vendor

Manny and Sarah dealt with the sale of my house. They couldn't have done more to help, they were always available to talk to me, they gave me excellent advice and guidance during the process. I was extremely happy with the service from Klarico, they are easily the best estate agents in Birmingham.
