Jan 03,2025garbage. i would give zero stars if i could. asked a refund and they lied saying they sent it when in actuality, they kept my money. a mere $15 that i asked for back and I still didn’t receive it. they’re scammers and frauds and I deserve to have my money back, as i was patient and kind. But I am no longer feeling that way.

Dec 11,2024Super fast service and exceptional quality! We sent in a *20 year old* video cassette that a relative recently unearthed from the back of a closet. No one in the family had any idea what might be on it. We don't even remember anyone in the family ever having a camcorder. So, we wondered if we should just toss it out since, years ago, it was quite expensive to convert things. But, I ran into Lotus Media (on Amazon!) and, given their reasonable pricing, we decided to send our tape to them. So glad we did! Turned out there were several scenes of our daughter with her 4 young children. Our daughter passed away a few years after the scenes in the video. Her children (now grown) have often said they wish there were recordings of her voice so they don't forget the sound of her speaking. This recording not only has her voice but shows her moving around and interacting with her kids. I have shared it with all 4 of them. Priceless! Thank you, Lotus Media!

Would definitely do business with them when I'm ready to convert my old vhs etc. Actually looked up the business which is why I ordered. Very good ratings

Oct 17,2024Cannot recommend this service highly enough. We sent in 24 tapes, a mix of 8mm cassettes, MiniDV, and audio tapes; some of them more than 30 years old! The files we got back were incredibly high quality and the turnaround time was ridiculously fast (they told us 10 days, but finished in 2!). The audio/video files were delivered via cloud (Google Drive) and were neatly organized and labeled. They are shipping the original tapes back to us, too!

Sep 03,2024They converted a 50 year old super-8 mm film for me. I thought it was a film of me and my friend launching Centura rockets. But it was a film of my family and pets. It was great to see this after 50 years. The quality was great, reasonably priced, and quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Aug 31,2024I had several old Hi8 videos that I procrastinated on getting digitized until it was almost too late. Previously I’d sent them out to several big-name companies, only to have them returned as unsalvageable. Then I found Lotus Media. Although my tapes kept breaking, Lotus Media did not give up, they retrieved every bit of footage they could, and I will forever be grateful for their diligence and professionalism. Priceless video that only Lotus Media took the time to retrieve. Don’t wait, send whatever video you have, and you will get the best service out there – guaranteed.

Jun 02,2024My parents have recently passed away. On clean out found lots of old 8mm movie reels. Contacted Lotus Media and asked all sorts of questions. They were responsive, friendly and confident. So I sent my box of reels. They were digitally converted within a week. Got the box back and have been enjoying movies of my childhood from the computer. The work is well done and looks great.

Mar 23,2024My father documented most of his adult life on 8mm film, VHS tapes, and Hi8 tapes that have been sitting around collecting dust for decades. Lotus Media made the process of digitization incredibly easy, from easy and clear instructions for sending the media, transparent pricing, and efficient delivery of the videos. We were pleasantly shocked to find that the videos were named using what information Lotus could pull from the scribbled descriptions on the film/tapes -- not an easy feat -- which made for a very easy viewing experience. Not only will we be enjoying reliving our family moments for many months to come, so will our extended family and friends. 100% recommend.
