Sep 06,2023Quick reliable service. Another company I used were unable to transfer 10 of the tapes that I sent in. I sent those tapes in to Lotus and they were able to transfer all of them. Great quality videos were delivered via email within 10 days. The other company took over 6 months and could only do 1/2 of my order. I am sending in 9 more tapes this week. will not hesitate to use them again.

Jul 02,2023I had a large, somewhat overflowing shoe box full of various digital magnetic media, some from the late 1980's and 90's. I had four categories of content: - Assumed Video - Audio - Assumed data; not videos but assumed files. - Unknown on various media - Hi8 - MiniDV - MiniCassette - Realistic MC-69. Ngina got them all done a few days earlier than committed. Her service was fast and I was very pleased. I would use her again, in a heartbeat! aps in seattle

May 13,2023After finding a VHS-C tape of my sons 1st Birthday event, Lotus was able to digitize it and not only give me a chance to watch something I thought was near impossible since the machines have stopped being produced but created a copy of such high quality it was shocking when played the first time in over a decade. If you have old media, give Lotus an opportunity to preserve your memories and you won’t be disappointed. Turn around was quick, and the team makes efforts to ensure you are satisfied with the product. You can even get the originals back, I did not elect to do so and made back ups of the file for posterity, but appreciate that option was available. Fantastic job, stop letting old tapes languish, access those memories with a click whenever once Lotus has made them new again!

Feb 06,2024Great communication, timely and unambiguous. Easy project setup form. Able to process variety of media sources! Timely processing as well. Excellent output quality of video and sound! Very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to anyone needing to get a digital file from any old recording on any kind of old media. Do not delay, do it as soon as you can because unless it is digitized, the quality of the recording degrades over time on tapes, and CDs wear out too. This is the company to get it done right for you! Competitive pricing too. :-) Thanks guys!
