Apr 20,2023Some days ago, I sent Lotus Media some HI-8 video tapes from the 1990s that I was not longer able to view. At this point, I want commend Lotus Meda for great customer service. Before sending my tapes, I was able to speak to someone on the phone and received an email detailing how to send Lotus any tapes. The process is very straightforward with a easy to understand order form. Their prices seem very reasonable, and they offer an inexpensive backup capability on their own server. They contacted via email when they had processed the tapes and provide an easy way to pay via credit card. I am anxious to view the video (via mp4 format) footage from more than 25 years ago when the flash drive arrives at my home.

Apr 05,2023Lotus did a wonderful job converting our old tapes to mp4 files. We watched home movies with family over the weekend. My grown kids were completely fascinated to see themselves as children. They completed the job very quickly as well. We are so grateful.

Apr 24,2023I was so surprised at how fast Lotus Media completed the project and then they rushed the tapes back to me. I wasn’t in a hurry, but they expedited everything. The download is great and each tape was labeled correctly in the new mp4 movie format. I would definitely recommend Lotus Media for your digital services.
