Feb 26,2025I ordered from love-beer recently for the first time after seeing the massive selection of beer kegs the had available. After placing my order I found some of the reviews below and was a little concerned however there was no need. I contacted them via email and phone and they got back to me straight away. My keg of Paulaner was delivered very quickly and I can’t wait to try it. I will be using them a lot in the future.

Jan 24,2025Very 50:50, Service has been good previously. Last time I tried to order I had a question and it is Impossible to contact them. Phone, awnsered but no follow up call in response to my question. Tried to email and message on facebook and haven't heard anything for 6 weeks now! Defo needs adressing as they are promising as a Supplier for my business but unusable if the contact stays like this!

Jan 21,2025While claiming he has refunded people, he has not. He said we would be refunded last month yet it hasn't happened. He claimed weeks ago the payment was held back by his payment processor which is a lie as others have pointed out. This is a dead business scamming people. Looking at companies House, it's a scam. Edit as of 13/01/2025: They are now claiming to be under new ownership yet the only director listed on companies House is the scammer. My CC company has already processed the chargrback so I have my money back. I heavily advise against doing business with this company. It's a scam. It also appears that they are also posting fake reviews for themselves

Jan 16,2025Have worked with Charles and Love Beer for a while for our home bar. Sadly due to personal experiences they had to stop service for a time when I’d placed an order which couldn’t be fulfilled. Charles didn’t forget about me and, though it took some weeks, he ensured we received our refund and has been working to get us reorganized for future service. Thanks for the honesty and work. Will look forward to receiving our future orders under the new service arrangement.

Dec 05,2024Placed my first order on Sunday evening on the website courier price and cost of beer all listed so decided to place the order, Tuesday received an e mail saying they are hopeful I'll get my order to me but they are having trouble with couriers due to pricing issues. In my opinion not my issue but the MD seems to think it is. As yet it's 15.15 on a Thursday and I have no idea if I'm getting my order tomorrow. The MD I'm sure will be on here saying it's everyone else's fault. Key thing in business keep the customer happy especially when it's a brand new one. Hopefully I can update my review if my order turns up tomorrow however I think I'll be shocked.

Aug 30,2024Excellent service. Really good communication prior to the event and competitively priced with huge range of beers to choose from. Delivered and collected on the timings promised with tracker so that we could make sure we were on site for the delivery. Would definitely use again

Aug 06,2024Not one to leave bad reviews but they sent the keg to the wrong address. Never got resolved. £150 out of pocket and a lot of upset customers due to not being able to put on their favourite beer. Certainly won’t be using them again. Update -Love beer came to a resolution and resolved this quickly. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

Aug 05,2024I recently used Love Beer Bars for a garden party, and I couldn't be happier with their service and beer. It was all set up perfectly - especially considering I only had trestle tables to clamp the tap into - and there was an answer to every question. As you can imagine, having a keg at home for the first time can seem daunting but they do a great job of keeping things calm and stress-free. I also really liked the tracking system (like Uber) where you can see where they are for delivery and collection. Value, and knowledge wise, they are far above their competition - I got a few quotes beforehand and what they were saying didn't really fill me with confidence - and they were more expensive! Great service, decent prices, and a team that genuinely cares—what more could you ask for? Highly recommended and will definitely be using Love Beer again for future events.

Jul 20,2024I couldn’t have asked for more. From start to finish the whole service and product was flawless. We used Love Beer for our wedding and used 2 large kegs of larger (although our guests could have drank at least 1 more). This worked out very cost effective and our guests loved the extra touch of draft larger. The installation was very efficient and the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. We will most definitely be using Love Beer in the future, and I will certainly recommend them to any friends or family wanting to elevate their next event! Thank you for your brilliant service!

May 31,2024Amazing service, the equipment and kegs are spot on and arrive in good time. However the delivery fee is quite high and the website definitely needs re-engineering to be more mobile, desktop and user friendly.

Mar 06,2025Sceptical reading a review and lack of email to confirm order/shipping but a quick email confirmed the order was received and delivery arrived as expected and with 3 months best before date so was as fresh as possible like advertised. Website is poor but thats under review and this could become a firm favourite
