Jan 08,2025Tony was very helpful and efficient without being too pushy. I am happy so far with the booking experience and will hopefully get the chance to review again after our trip to Cuba. Just slightly anxious that Air Europa has been used (good price for the whole holiday package) but there a lots of bad reviews for this airline and we have yet to find out if they are justified.

He has traveled to the island many times and his advice helped me make some final decisions for my trip. Not travelling until August 25 but so far service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Also good value for money!

Dec 31,2024The service provided by the experts in love Cuba it's a top quality, I had some help from Shyama and I have to say that she was fantastic, got my holiday trip sorted. Specially if you want to go to Holguín area, this was my 2 time I used their service and yes it's good. The only thing you have to be prepared is for the prices.

Jan 11,2025Organised and efficient from the off. Love Cuba provided excellent support and advice for our trip to Cuba. Most importantly they support their team in Cuba, a complex country going through a lot at the moment. The places we stayed at were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the Casa's which were a wonderful way to see the country and meet the people. The transfers were seamless and the whole experience was uplifting, humbling and joyous. The local support was superb and the local guides that showed us round to break up long journeys were excellent. Nothing but praise for this wonderful company.
