Jul 06,2024We contacted Love Cuba back in March through their website. We left our details and very quickly got a call from a gentleman Liam. We explained our circumstances, reasons for wanting to travel and when we’d be ready to book. He was really helpful and honest with us and we kept in touch over email and phone until we were ready to book. Liam was very patient with us as we had so many questions since the flights are no longer direct and visa issues etc. But Liam was so helpful nonetheless, answered all our questions, gave us information links on things that were out of his hands, and he gave us a few quotes first for us to look at and compare what we would prefer and we went for the one most suited for us. Thanking Liam so much for all his help and patience, it is greatly appreciated and when we look to going again in the future, which we will as we have family there, I’ll be sure to be in contact with him again! I’m so looking forward to my holiday there 🙂

Jun 24,2024What a great find, I was a little worried at using someone that I'd never heard of before, but looking at the reviews on various internet sites, I was happy to give it a try. They were excellent in the communications and service. They were not pushy and always looking for the best hotels for what we needed, rather than pushing for more expensive hotels. The excursions offered and both the reps in Havana and Varadero were excellent, locals and spoke perfect English. They gave loads of great information and always felt safe following their instructions.
