Jan 05,2024We have encountered problems obtaining travel permits that we should have been warned about, especially with a late booking. To continue with our holiday we have been quoted an additional charge by Love Cuba to re-route, of £1700 on top of the original price per person again. What seemed a reasonably priced holiday has now become anything but, and we now face having to cancel and losing a large sum of money.

Jan 03,20243 days in Havana even though The hotel was dated it lacked basic hygiene needed a First Aid Kit following a cut hand from a door handle, reception never had a first aid kit, had to wait for the water to heat up before showing, breakfast was of very poor quality. City tour amazing! Then spent 7 days in Varadero hotel standard, clean but noisy, friendly staff. Food extremely poor quality. Eat very little lost 10lbs in less than 10 days.
