An itinerary, containing all the details of the proposed trip, was sent by email within 30 mins of discussing with Liam who made suggestions based on our requirements. Very happy with the efficient way our request was handled. All documents sent by courier and we're ready to go! Thank you for your help with hotel selection and itinerary details such as guided tour of Havana. Definitely recommend Love Cuba to family and friends.

Jan 13,2024This was a relatively last minute booking after cancelling another holiday, Laura responded the next day to the enquiry (late previous day message sent after closing time) importantly she listened to what I said and then made suggestions - promised to come back to me later that day with an itinerary and price which she did. Holiday booked the next day- service so far very good- just looking forward to the holiday and if service as good then it should be excellent.

Jan 11,2024We knew we needed a specialist Cuba travel agent and found Love Cuba online having read good reviews. For the first conversations through to being advised on putting together our trip right through to getting all the paperwork and then actually meeting up with their reps in Cuba ( we were there over Xmas and New Year) the whole thing has been seamless with no glitches at all. We should particularly mention in the UK Tony who was our first contact and helped us put together our trip and in Havana their truly superb rep Dennis who is outstanding at introducing his visitors to Havana, telling them what’s needed and what’s good, including fantastic restaurant recommendations and a brilliant afternoon of “Cuban Tumbao” which combined salsa and cha cha lessons with snacks and mojitos plus a great explanation of different styles of Cuban music and all this was in a real person’s house. So memorable and such fun. The rep in Varadero was also lovely when we came down with a tummy bug and she checked in on us and helped us to liaise with the hotel too. All in all we’d definitely recommend them ( and Cuba of course).

Jan 09,2024My partner booked the holiday of a lifetime to Cuba (travelling via Canada from the UK) in order to take her ,now adult ,offspring on their first ever family holiday abroad. At no time during the booking process was she warned of any potential issues regarding entry to either of these countries ,and assured her that they’d never had any problems , as it transpires neither country will allow anyone with any form of criminal record, including some motoring offences ,to either transit or holiday in said countries. In a party of four UK adults there is a greater than 100% probability that at least one of the party would have such an offence on record. This is clearly a blatant act of mis-selling and a dereliction of duty of care on behalf of LoveCuba ,in failing to ask about, warn, or inform clients of these potential issues, which would make their holiday unusable. When we found out that Canada would not be transit-able we informed Liam at Love Cuba and he tried to extort a further £1700 per head for an alternative routing avoiding Canada, despite the fact that Cuba themselves will not take anyone in this position. ( Good job I checked). I find it very hard to believe a specialist travel agent would not know the most basic immigration laws of the country they allegedly specialise in , I can, therefore only conclude that these guys are either fraudulent or incompetent, and I can’t be sure which. Either way, 5 1/2 thousand pounds is a lot of money for a bus driver to lose and they would’ve taken several thousand pounds more if they’d had their way ,and we still would have had no holiday. Despite the problem being flagged on 30/12 it was over a week before a manager even got in touch. Offering no solutions. We will ,of course follow all legal avenues to recoup this money, but can absolutely recommend NOT booking with this company!
