Jun 08,2023Excellent and extremely efficient company. I sold my shoes to them and received payment immediately. Charlotte is an amazing person. I left some of my personal belongings in the shoe box that I sold to Lux Love and Charlotte very diligently sent my belongings back with immediate payment of my shoes. I would highly recommend the company and would do business with them again and again.

May 15,2023I might have been unlucky but I’ve had a terrible experience with this outlet. I Paid for some shoes online and a few days went by and they didn’t show up, so I messaged Charlotte and she informed me they were out of stock ok not a problem these things happen I said, so naturally I asked for a pay pal refund she informed me it takes 5 days, the pay pal refund wasn’t processed and I had to open a pay pal case last week not really the level of customer service you expect with the sort of high quality items this shop sells. As I say I’m going to put this down to a unfortunate event but I won’t be using again,

May 05,2023I purchased a "new" bag (YSL medium Lou Lou) from this company in January 2022 - I have put the date of experience of review down as 11/11/2022 as this was the date the bag was assessed as counterfeit and I feel it is really important this information is shared. The bag has been assessed as counterfeit by 3 independent assessors - including Entrupy (my bag was sold with an Entrupy certificate stating the bag was genuine from Love Luxe which was odd). Love Luxe have refused to give me a refund despite acknolwedging this. I would not buy from this company

Bag was accurately described and in virtually perfect condition. Very pleased with the whole transaction and would definitely buy from LoveLuxe again. Easy contact and payment options, quick shipping. Only note for EU buyers: import fee/VAT is charged by transporter so take that into account. Overall, would buy again

Thank you for the prompt replies. i Ordered some Gucci boots on the 25th January 2023 only to recieve an email on the 3rd feb to say these were no longer available and that my refund would be processed. Quite dissapointed in the service really. Still waiting on my refund....9th Feb 2023.

I received a quick response and the offer of both direct sale and consignment was much more than I expected.
