Aug 01,2022I have bought from Loveluxe before and had no issues however I recently purchased a YSL puffer pouch and when I received it, it wasn’t what I expected, the dimensions given were incorrect, it stated 19cm width which at the bottom it is but at the top it’s 18cm and my phone wouldn’t even fit in it. Therefore the pouch was not what I expected and I proceeded to cancel and return the order. Charlotte refused to refund me even though I stated my consumer rights and distance selling rights. Charlotte has also proceeded to block me on whatsapp and has removed me from her whatsapp selling groups which I find to be extremely unprofessional given I have not been rude to her at all nor have I given her a reason to block me, all I have requested is a refund for a pouch that I no longer have in my possession. So not only am I now out of pocket £425 I also don’t have the bag. I feel like I have been robbed/scammed, all I ever wanted was to resolve this amicably however I have been given no option but to raise a dispute through Paypal and trading standards to get my money back. Be very careful when purchasing from this website. Charlotte if you read this can you please unblock me so we come to a resolution, thank you.
