Unfortunately the item I ordered appeared to be damaged, however upon contacting Lovetiki they swiftly apologised and arranged for a replacement item to be dispatched immediately. Customer service was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my issue. Would recommend Lovetiki and I will use them again.

Excellent company with one of the best range of cocktail drinks / bar products out there. Pricing is very competitive too. It was easy to order and delivery was relatively quick if not next day (like a few others). Delivery/Packaging on this occasion was very poor so a lot of items came broken and the main box had clearly been "thrown around" a bit but the company instantly refunded the items and I would say aftersales service is excellent. Would order again from them but they should fix the packaging/delivery fragile / caution bit.

My order never arrived. Despite a number of calls and emails sent, we still didn't received our syrups and never got our requested refund. End up buying from another supplier where goods were delivered promptly and brilliant customer service.
