Dec 10,2020Despite a shaky start, when the original couriers damaged the package and dumped it unannouced on the front step, I am very well satisfied with the service and goods supplied by Love Tiki. One of the items contained in the original package (in fact a substitute for an out-of-stock item which was unavailable at the time) was badly damaged and completely unusable, and on reporting this I was offered a refund or the chance to wait for a reorder to be fulfilled. After a lengthy wait this arrived today, well packaged and efficiently delivered by dpd. I hope that the original couriers (not dpd!) are no longer used by Love Tiki, but am happy with the way my complaint was dealt with, particularly the contact with Lorraine.
