The only annoying part is that not everything is in stock at the same time making it harder to fulfil £75 trade order for free delivery. On the other hand if service wasn’t great then i would have given it a 3/5 but service is good. Would just be nice to see all items in stock at the same time!

Jul 04,2022The website is easy to use and move around. I had placed an order which was dispatched very fast and also i was notified along each step. I had an issue with the delivery where the company had caused an issue. I contacted LoveTiki customer support which was very fast to get through to and spoke to Ryan who helped me along the process. He instantly reordered my delivery via another delivery service which went smoothly and very fast as i needed the items by a certain date he made sure that they did arrive! Will definitely be using their services again! Great customer service!! Thankyou once again.

Jun 01,2022Purchased these tealights because they said they would burn for 8hrs. Not to sure if they do burn that long as they are purchased for a church. They definitely burn all the way down not like the cheeper ones. Great price and fast delivery. Would definitely buy again.

May 03,2022I had a few issues with my order but were rectified to a satisfactory degree. I ordered a selection of different glasses for next day delivery, but due to covid issues, they didn't arrive so I received a refund on that part. Some of the glasses were the wrong size, and one was smashed (I didn't notice a fragile sticker on the box, but they were heavily bubble wrapped so perhaps just unfortunate). I ordered 16 glasses in total. Issues happen, and I judge a company in how they respond to such challenges. I'd happily shop again, trusting that if there is an issue, it will be resolved.
