Aug 17,2018On time, polite and courteous drivers. Greeted by name, car was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable temperature. Bottle of water waiting for me. My SO gets car sick really easily, but his driving was smooth and not jerky so no problems. Great experience, worth the premium over Uber.

This is the fifth time I have used the LSW service from both Westchester airport and from La Guardia. Timely and efficient – they meet you at baggage and help with your luggage. My only “challenge” was on 2 occasions when LSW was exceptionally busy and dispatched a “sub-contractor“ who did not meet LSW standards of courtesy and comfort.
