Jun 06,2023Lee, and the team gave me an exact 4 days turnaround to repair the damage to my Van, whereas the insurers nominated repair shop wanted my van for a 3/4 week period and wouldn't guarantee finishing the job in this time frame either. Would highly recommend LW Smart Repairs . Great job, and done in the 4 days they promised.

May 15,2023I chose LW Smart Repairs as they have previously done some work on my vehicle which was to a very high standard, price competetive, and their staff very helpful and accommodating. We booked in a date to drop the vehicle off, with a view to leaving it with them all week. To my surprise, they called me the following afternoon to say it was done and ready for collection. Again, the finish is to a very high standard and the paint colour match is A1. Thank you very much.

May 09,2023I took my battered and dented 15 year old car to LW Smart Repairs as it was looking so old and neglected that I was ashamed to get in it, yet alone drive it. Went on holiday for a week and when I saw it after Leigh and his team had worked on it, I could not believe that it was my car. They had transformed it to the beautiful car that used to belong to dad. I was so shocked at how she now looked that I burst into tears as I knew that she would now last me for a few more years and I could now sit behind the wheel and feel proud once more. I cannot thank you enough Leigh and your team for the work that you have done and giving my car a new lease of life.

Apr 02,2023Could not be happier with the service I’ve received. My alloy needed to be repaired so I found L.W.Smart repairs number on Google. They booked me in and had it sent off to be dipped and diamond cut. Once the work had been complete, you couldn’t tell it apart from a brand new wheel. The standard of work carried out was flawless and their customer service was even better. I was offered a courtesy car which I turned down as I have another car at home, However, I accepted the offer of a lift home. The lady who dropped me off was very friendly. All the staff were very approachable, attentive and professional. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The staff are welcoming friendly and return calls . We are Happy to return and use their services again and would highly recommend to anyone 😁

Mar 22,2023My experience with L W Smart repairs was very positive and professional. I had frank and honest down to earth consultation with the team, they listened to the work that I wanted doing to my car. They told me what and how the inspection would be carried out, and get back to me soon as possible. The team with there experience drilled down the issue with my car and resolved it. On the day I arrived to pick up my car I was asked to wait for a de brief, which with the aid of images they told me exactly what they had found and how repair was carried out. This gave me piece of mind knowing that the my car was fixed correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend L W Smart Repairs.

Mar 14,2023I was advised to ask LW Smart to carry out some bodywork repairs on my Peugeot 2008 after a rear-end smash. They agreed immediately to help and contacted the other driver's insurance company straight away and provided them with a quote within 24 hours. They got me booked in really quickly and carried out work on my car which can only be described as incredible. It looks brand new and the quality of work is simply outstanding. The customer service throughout was friendly and informative. I cannot recommend them enough.

Feb 22,2023I was 3+ hours from home visiting Derbyshire for a funeral when my rear windscreen was accidentally smashed. My insurer's national repairer couldn't help, but Leigh and his specialist Dave saved the day for me. They sourced and replaced the glass within 4 hours and lent me a courtesy car so I was able to attend the funeral. Thanks to all the team at L W Smart Repairs Ltd. PS: I eventually got some compensation from my insurer.
