Feb 12,2023This repair company went above and beyond to help us. They picked car up on Sunday afternoon and returned back when finished as my husband was in hospital. The workmanship cannot be faulted and came back washed and cleaned inside looks like a new car.thankyoy so much will recommend you no problem

Jan 24,2023If you’re looking for friendly and knowledgeable customer service combined with an innovative and efficient bodyshop repair team then look no further than L W Smart. The result of work they do is amazing, the price is competitive, the turnaround is quick and, if needs be, a courtesy car is also available. I have used L W Smart on several occasions and I can’t recommend this repair team highly enough – they are simply the best bodyshop repair outfit in the East Midlands (and probably the best in the country! )

Rang up to book vehicle in 1 week later took vehicle in for repair with a free courtesy car provided. Vehicle repaired to a high standard and vehicle washed and valeted at no extra charge. very pleased with the service.

Nov 02,2022My lad had accident Lw smart advised us what to do they pick car up sorted all the repairs to fantastic condition like the car was better than new time wise turn the car round in a matter of couple weeks let us no ever stage sorted insurance company out . To say the car was badly damage what a turn around anyone looking to get car repaired sprayed touch up etc don’t hesitate to give Lee and tell a call🙏🔧🔧

Nov 02,2022From start to finish was great. Realy welcoming first meeting. Lee looked at the car we discussed the issues and drove away. They emailed me a comprehensive estimate later and after another chat over the phone we agreed for the work to be done. They kept me updated over the week and rang when the car was ready. The work was perfect it looked like it did when we first bought it and it looked it had been valeted to. Totally professional service with a family feel. Would recommend them to everyone.
