Sep 10,2018I had made an appointment and they didn't bother to turn up so I had to have a meeting by phone which is not ideal. It was a custody dispute with me and my ex partner and it felt like the solicitor I used from maks was on there side didn't feel like that they fought my corner at all. Really frustrating when you pay all that money, what a waste of money it was as well, do not use these solicitors.

Jul 24,2018I first contacted Macks when my husband and I wanted to review our wills as they had helped my mother some years ago. Kerry Brundall explained our options briefly over the phone. We then took some thinking time before deciding to make an appointment to meet Kerry and explain what we wanted. She gave us advice and guidance on how best to achieve what we wanted. When we returned to finalise the wills she explained all the legal jargon and any further queries we had. Kerry was efficient, friendly and reassuring at all times.

Documents are now registered and are in safe storage with Mack’s solicitors; we have copies which can be used when the time comes. We now have peace of mind.

Just one visit to run through our wishes, these were promptly posted out for us to check, then a second visit to read through and sign. We may have been able to get the work done cheaper elsewhere, but we thought it was worth the extra especially for the guidance and advice.
