Dec 15,2021It took almost 2 weeks for the mouse I had ordered to arrive. In the meantime I got repeated inaccurate FedEx messages about where it was and where it was being sent. Your customer service department was very polite and attempted to be helpful but about all they could tell me was it had been scanned incorrectly and hopefully would arrive eventually.

When my Macbook Air came, I found I needed some help setting it up and transferring everything from my desktop. The tech help I received from Ben at your customer support line was exceptional. He was very patient and even helped me with some other problems I was having due to malware. I would recommend this site to anyone!
