Mar 20,2020Delivery of my laptop was quick. However, I wasn't ready to begin my 35 minute of help but when I opened up my laptop, the computer started talking and I couldn't stop it - even though I pressed escape. I closed the laptop and later opened it and I guess I loss my 35 minutes of help. I now have this expensive laptop and really don't know much about it. My daughter helped me to sign in, etc. I also always worked with a mouse and not having one, I lost all of my icons that were in Safari. I still can't seem to get them back. I guess I will be calling someone for help.

Mar 18,2020Excellent, strongly recommend. I had an issue with FEDEX on the arrival of my laptop (it was lost). Herbert and his staff were incredible from the first time I notified them. They probably could have just said "your problem now, file a claim". They handled all interactions with FEDEX and ensured me a replacement ASAP. They followed through on that, I received my MacBook Pro about a week later. So, Customer Service, A+,. The laptop is great, exactly as described. A+.

Mar 18,2020We purchased a refurbished Mac from macs4u and it has never charged properly! Despite numerous calls and emails, this company has still not sent out a WORKING computer! They sent out a second charger after forgetting about us, until we called them on it!! Still not charging!! They want this one back first and we are not taking the chance of further incompetence by losing our data again, without transferring the data first!! Has anyone else suffered this lack of responsibility from this company? We are issuing legal proceedings for this rip off company and now the lost time it has cost us as well!! Let macs4u know what you think of this lame business practice!! The BBB will be notified today as well. I have ZERO tolerance for rip offs and those who support that as a job.... Do what is right for a change.

Mar 15,2020The product that I purchased, a Macbook Pro 13", was configured exactly as advertised and was delivered on time and in visibly perfect condition. I have had it for three months now and so far it works flawlessly. This is the first time that I have purchased a used/reconditioned computer and it was not an easy decision but the fact that it cost half of a new one was the ultimate factor. So far so good and at this point I would most definitely recommend Macs4u.
