They helped me through payment "Fiasco"(My bank didn't like my purchase and shut my card down)/finding the right computer for my DJ business(Good LAWD!!) My DJ program isn't compatible with anything newer than MOJAVE)and just being supportive and kind, I would highly recommend them and will always buy my new and used macs from them. Also, after I received my computer, I called to ask them about the new "tiny usb thingy" on the computer and they still helped me through some new purchases that I needed to make to connect USB and HDMI cords and such!
