Their products are everything that they claim and more. I had some trouble with the shipping, nothing the seller did, but Herbert (head of customer advocacy) personally took care of the situation as if it were his own problem. He listened to my every concern and was extremely honest, receptive, and empathetic. He shipped me out a new laptop over night and kept me updated the entire time until my laptop was safe in my hands. Herbert is a fine example of what superb customer service is all about. He is an ambassador to this company and the epitome of excellence!
