I really don't have much to say other than that I am grateful that Macs4u exists and they have monthly payment-based payment method available (subject to credit approval). I don't have a lot of money but needed a new computer for school. Additionally, with Covid19, it turned out I needed a new computer for work as well. I haven't had to reach out to Macs4U for any assistance or issues. I am pretty tech-savvy and tend to fix any issues myself, but the fact that there was nothing that made me feel like I should reach out to them is a big friggin' plus! The computer works perfectly. The process to purchase was simple and transparent. And even though I've not needed any support or assistance, someone did call me shortly after my purchase to check-in and that is AMAZING. I would buy from them again and maybe will in a couple of years if I want a newer computer.

I'm a return customer, and would recommend anyone looking to buy a quality used MacBook at a great price. Their customer service is top notch. I have two grandsons who are freshmen in college so I ordered two macBook airs minutes apart and immediately received a call to make sure it was not fraud. I really appreciated the call a few days later to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I am a customer for life.

I purchased a refurbished 2015 MacBook Pro, and so far I am very happy with the entire experience. The computer arrived really quickly (within a few days) & is working perfectly. The financing options made the large purchase doable. When I had questions, customer service on their FB page got right back to me (email was a little slower, but not unreasonable). Totally positive experience.

Herbert at Macs4U.com was great to me in answering questions before and after I purchased my Mac book Pro. The order process was easy and easy to understand what my choices were.They shipped my Mac Book fast and was packaged nice to prevent damage during shipping. The after the sale support was also great, I had a technical issue in transferring my files and Macs4U was able to correct my issue remotely (how cool is that). My daughter needed a laptop for school but had limited funds. She had been using an old iPad and had her heart set on a Mac. She did her research and found macs4u and asked what I thought about ordering from them. The price was right and everything checked out. I am so glad she found macs4u. The delivery was also excellent with a signature needed to obtain at residential home. I ordred a near new MacBook Pro from Macs4U and when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately something went crazy with the software and it wouldn't start up correctly out of the box. I was upset until I called the company and spoke to Ben who answered the phone on the second ring and had the computer running over the phone in less than an hour. Now I'm typing this review on it and I couldn't be happier. Buy from Macs4U!!! Better customer service than apple!!

I searched and found what I was looking for. They had a great selection available. My laptop looks like it’s just out of the box with an attractive shell attached. The computer is running great! And I received a courtesy call shortly after the purchase which was really cool! I am really pleased with my purchase!
