Jun 06,2022I was so very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find what looked like a brand-spanking-new iMac! One would never know it was already five years old as it was in "factory new" condition. Macs4U loaded the operating system that I asked for (Big Sur) and it booted right up. I strongly recommend macs4u for anyone needing a greatly-discounted Mac that still has many years of useful life!

May 18,2022I got my computer quickly. It came in great packaging. It didn't mention what problems the computer might have, with it being labeled "good", I figured there would be cosmetic issues, which there are and they are minor. What I didn't expect was some dead pixels/screen discoloration. I tried to reach out to see if this was how the computer was received initially or if this happened in transit. Regardless, the computer works and that's what I needed it to do.

Received a unit with a sticking key, not only did they send out a shipping box but unit was worked on the same day it was received and returned the same week, with my data intact, even though I was warned I should back it up. Have to see how the machine holds ip, but at this point can only offer praise.
