2 days back to back picking stuff up i forgot to get, great knowledge and advice on products and always happy, smiley and up for a laugh with them. Rang up as was gonna get there bang on closing and stayed open that extra 10 mins to help me.

Never disappointed when visiting MACS. There are always a fantastic range of products as the guys consistently expand their range of current brands as well as adding new brands that you can trust. I would really recommend a visit to their store so that you can really grasp the wide array of products stocked as well as experiencing the fantastic customer service and extreme passion they have for detailing. Their website is also incredibly professional and very easy to navigate as well as having tutorials on how to use some of their products. I have never been disappointed with any products purchased and have always been incredibly satisfied at the customer service and attention received. Support your local businesses and get down to MACS for all your detailing needs!

Popped to MACS today for some snow foam and was instantly made to feel welcome and directed to the product I needed. When asking about a different product, Myles and Chris instantly pulled up videos and reviews of each to allow us to make an informed decision rather than being forced into purchasing the most expensive product they have. Each time I have visited, there has been a personal experience that you just don’t get with large chain stores. Why wouldn’t you want to buy your products from a local business that know their products inside and out?

I am so glad I was told about Macs, in a town of 80k people, having only Halfrauds to supply detailing products leaves you waiting for deliveries. I personally like to browse for my products and read the information, which you can do here. I have been twice now and it was Myles I dealt with, the second time I went I was looking for cloths and he instantly informed me of one on offer I'd missed after picking up a more expensive one. I was so pleased I bought them both .. The product range is as I like it, you find something then almost immediately find something even more suitable and if there is a better option, the staff are very well versed in the products and can advise accordingly - without pressure to take the advice! The products are all reasonable priced and there are varied options of manufacturer to suit any preferences. All in all it's what this town was crying out for save having to travel to Warrington or Bolton to have any chance of anything decent. One word of warning about the location, there is a MAC auto tools back to back with this place that has no connection, it is often closed as I think it is mainly an internet supplier, it's easy to mistake this as being Macs, you have to go around the back of MAC tools for Macs ADS ..

A huge selection of products. Pretty much everything you need to take care of your car. I’ve already seen great results using products recommended by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. My items were delivered next day in a friendly, professional and socially distanced manner. Highly recommended.

I found the product I needed straight away, great easy to navigate website. The checkout process was very easy and quick. I ordered Friday and has arrived today (Tuesday). Fantastic service from start to finish. I will be buying from here again very soon.
