Apr 29,2021What more can you say but from walking into the outlet in Leigh to walking out faultless on every level. Absolutely exemplary customer service going above and beyond at every angle. Certainly be using you again in the near future and be highly recommending your company to family / friends and colleagues alike especially Tony’s GSOH which is off the scale. Only one thing yo ask Tony / Miles on reading other reviews on Trustpilot I have noticed new customers attracting a 10% discount which is admirable only one problem where was mine in the post or is that just for online customers Tony / Miles ?

Apr 29,2021I have been looking on line for Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam High Activity Snow Foam 5L as in my view is one of the best Auto Foams out there, when looking online the thing that was bumping the price up was the P&P on average it was around the £4-£5. So not needing it quickly I found that Mac Auto Detailing was only charging £1.99 for P&P, also the Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam was cheaper as well as the P&P, so for me it was a no brainer to make this purchase from Mac Auto Detailing, also they give you 10% off as a new customer. When looking further on there site and cross reference there items there selling, against other detailing shops online that I normally buy from, Mac Auto Detailing was cheaper on most of the products. So when I need detailing items again, Mac Auto Detailing will be my first port of call. Lastly, even though I only paid £1.99 for P&P, the Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam High Activity Snow Foam 5L was posted out and delivered at speed, so I have to give Mac Auto Detailing 5* on all counts. Thank you Mac Auto Detailing, its nice to know that there are still company's out there that look after home detailers like me, and not just think about the profit.

Placed and order for 'click & collect' and received a call to say the item was ready for me, great service. Went to the store and met both owners, welcoming and friendly, I will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Keep up the good work!
