Super disappointed with inflexible ‘customer service’. Preordered a pool advertised due 29 June. Received email 4 days later saying new delivery date is 19 July, (after date of planned pool party) and it was never 29 June. Confusingly, website now says “Back in stock on Tuesday”. Understand pandemic affects deliveries, and was willing to accept similar pool with inferior pump (4 in stock). But Madfun not willing to action this unless I cancel my order (waiting 5 days for refund) and reorder. Also told Madfun not willing to hold one of the 4 pools while refund processed, I’d just have to take my chances if not able to order second pool today. When I said I didn’t have £1000 available to place a second order, and was told: “well I can’t help your financial situation”, which I found laughably rude and unhelpful, then she hung up on me. So they have my £1000 for a pool which may or may not arrive on the date specified and have made no real effort to find an equitable solution. This is not good customer service, I feel really let down
Very speedy delivery and the product was exactly as described.
This review is primarily focussed on HDS who coordinated, delivered and installed my daughter’s trampoline under difficult circumstances. We incurred a month’s delay and it came to the wire to get our trampoline in time for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Colin at HDS has the patience of a saint and made it happen. I can’t thank them and Hannah for listening the customer and doing all they could.

Terrible experience. No one to deal with issues of non delivery over the phone. Emails written about issues were not addressed. I was told repeatedly that I couldn’t cancel my order for a refund, but had to return it for a refund and I repeatedly replied I can’t return an order I never received. Like talking to a robot. Finally got the order shortly after having to state legal rights. Never use them again

Overall really good experience and very efficient service. The item was delayed slightly and I had to phone to chase it. Once I did though it was sorted very quickly. Maybe a quick email just to inform that the item was delayed would have been useful.
Terrible company , ordered trampoline in May that was due back in stock 1st June 2021, kept contacting company, you cannot call them as they don’t answer. An email reply came on the 2nd saying it was in stock and would be dispatched, then after chasing again another email replay saying it was now arrived in their warehouse 7th June abs would dispatched. Now the 9th June still not received. I have asked to cancel and full refund but no response.
I read a national newspaper review to try and find the best trampoline for the kids. They recommended a few and one was the Salta rectangular one and the link took me to madfun's website. I went ahead and ordered one paying for installation. On the website it said next business day but I didn't quite expect that, however it didn't offer me to pick a date simply accepted the order. To find out when delivery/installation would occur I had to contact the company. After agreeing a delivery date I had emails and calls from the delivery company on the one day I was in the office that it was being delivered that day. However, this small pain got sorted by me chasing both madfun and their delivery company. On delivery day the installers arrived and began setting up the trampolines. Sadly they informed me parts were missing in the box; it is such a shame they didn't review all the parts against the instructions before building half a trampoline. I then had to contact madfun because I was nervous that my £600 investment, already paid for, would never be finished. After an urgent email, their phone lines rarely seem to be answered, they called me back and confirmed this was a very common problem. Again hugely disappointing they don't inspect boxes before dispatch when they know there are these issues. I was confidently told the parts would be dispatched that week and I would receive shipping details. It took two weeks and daily email chasing to get tracking details to see the parts were dispatched the following week to madfun's promised timing. I reiterated to madfun that I was away the week after that so to ensure the parts weren't delivered then. You guessed it, on vacation I got a notification the parts were to be delivered. Luckily I was able to change the delivery date to next week (yes 5 weeks after ordering I am finally expecting parts to then re arrange the installers to then have a usable trampoline I spent £600 on). I emailed madfun and said the delivery is confirmed next week and could they arrange installation team to be in later that week to finish the job. They said I could contact the installers if I liked as they doubt they would schedule anything until the parts were "in hand". Thanks for you help once again mad fun. So I am hopeful come Monday when the parts arrive madfun are able to get their installers out the same week and finish the job. Overall I wish I had read reviews of this company before pressing order. The customer service team has continually been passing off these problems as the suppliers and installers, yet I ordered, and paid them. I really wanted understanding and proactive support to resolve my problem. Having to email every day is not proactive. Cross your fingers my children have a trampoline that was a birthday present for last weekend!
I was desperate to get a pool for my little grandchildren. Jane was just amazing she did everything she could to help me. She is a credit to mad fun and I would recommend anyone to deal with this company.. I have also spoken to another staff member who was fun courteous and helpful . Do not look elsewhere because you will be just amazed with this company and who they will go the extra mile to help you. They even helped me with the delivery because that was not easy because we live off a country lane and could not get a large truck up the lane.
Good customer service, delivery was faster than expected and progress updated frequently. MadFun were an intermediary for the item I bought but kept me updated on supply issues from the end supplier and were very helpful throughout. Their price was also the most competitive I found. Recommended.
Had to pre-order pool which arrived on time. Not assembled yet but all seems fine.
Absolutely disgusted that I paid £159 for professional INSTALLATION service. They only assemble it and don’t install so this is misleading. Apparently this discrepancy is described on their website but it took customer services 10 minutes to locate that. Really upset about it.

This is the 1st time I had used this company but would definitely use them again. The ordering system was easy to navigate and the product was delivered exactly when they said it was. My review would have been 4 stars but the excellent customer service I received to get some fixings that the manufacturer hadn't included in the box, I had to give the full 5 stars. Hannah got the manufacturer to send direct to me a few days later...very happy customer.

5 by 7 comfort trampoline great product for me at 50 and 13 stone and the kids 6 and 3 I let them on sometimes , prompt service all arrived nothing missing , put together in a couple of hours !
